Publishing Symantec WinFax

We're having some problems publishing WinFax in our network. When you clicked on the WinFax icon in NFuse you see that its trying to launch the application but it stops then we don't get any errors and the user in the Citrix server don't have allocation used for this application. This means it never launch.

Why do you need to run this thru Citrix? We have it set up and our AD users can use it as need be. Not really a good app for WAN usage.

I got words from Winfax that our version (10.0) won't work in a Citrix environment. We want users to open Winfax and check if there fax went through or not but we'll just have to print a confirmation instead.
