Publishing PDF files on the Repository

We've some PDF files coming in daily, and would need to show them in the WebI. What is the simplest way in which this can be achieved. Do we need to send these PDF's to the document domain so that the relevant users have access to these? But we would need to automate this process. Can we have a service spooling the PDF files and send them to the repository, so that we can view them using WebI? Any sample code would be of great help.
