Published apps on 2nd server not accessable from WAN

Hello,

I have two servers running XPe. The published apps work fine if you are on the LAN. But if a user trys to connect remotely (across the internet)using the Citrix client (Citrix program neighborhood) the apps on the 2nd server do not work. Users get the message that "The metaframe server is not available at the address specified." I can see the apps in the Citrix Program neighborhood. The Apps on the Primary server work fine remotely. I have tried setting up the apps (located on the second server)on the client with the public IP of either server to no avail. I have also made sure that the Firewall alternate address is checked. Any ideas?

Does the second server have an alternate address.

i.e issue an altaddr command on that server

Yes, it does have an altaddr listed... and it is incorrect!
