Hello,

I have 2 Citrix Servers and they have load balancing according to their CPU usage. They were working great before one of them crashed.

Now, it looks like it could work, but I think there's a misconfiguration somewhere.

The only users who can connect connect on one server, the other server does not run any published application, it remains not used.

And moreover, there are only 4 users who can connect on the server at the same time, the others receive a "You do not have access to logon to this session".

What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Hi,

Use the default load evaluator or create a new one that is based on user load. I've found when you use the fancy one's users (even Admins) can't log onto server.
