We run:

Windows 2000 server and clients
Metaframe XP FR2
ICA 7.1 (Full)

My clients are very annoyed by a somewhat wierd problem.
Publish Applications in the backgrounds keeps "poping" up to the foreground when they're working, every 15mins or so and this have left me clueless how to solve, I plead for help asap.

Help would be very much appreciated!

I have a problem with running any published application in seamless mode. The published application seems to refresh itself every so often and when it does, it brings itself to the front causing other applications to lose focus. This behavior is very annoying, especially when the user is working on an e-mail/document and, like me and about 90% of all office workers, types with his or her eyes on the keyboard.
This behavior only happens when running in seamless mode.

We are using metaframe XP SP3 FR2 and Citrix Program Neighborhood version 7.100.21825

Does anyone have any ideas how to change this behavior. The other modes are not acceptable for the users.

Try upgrading to the version 8 client. & FR3.

Cheers

I have the oppisite of this happening; users can be working in a Citrix seamless app, click on a button and then it moves the app you are in out of the foreground. Help? MF XP3, W2k SP3, this happnes with our 7.xx, 8.1 clients - doesn't happen with the 6.3 ones.
