Published App will not load

I have an application which will not load.
Earlier today when trying to get the application to run, it would load a full-screen seamless desktop of the server, but not the application.

I deleted the published and recreated it again, and now it will run usrlogon.cmd, but then almost immediately then displays the 'saving your settings' window.

If I go onto the server itself and run the application it loads fine.

Has anyone come across this before, or have any ideas?

I have managed to fix the problem. I refreshed the lhc on exch of the affected servers, and then did the same on our data store server.

I then sat at my desk and prayed and prayed and prayed........... and it worked!!!!!

Well done me! Phew.
