I should know the answer to this but....

Environment MF 1.8 on NT 4.0 TS
Published application set to a resolution of 800x600, 16-bit color.

Yet when a user launches the published app he\she gets the resolution and color settings as defined in their Citrix client (under PN --> Application Set Settings --> Default Options Tab).

How can I force the client to "accept" the published app's color settings? Am I to assume that the color settings and screen resolution specified in the published app are "maximiums"?

Thanks in advance....

come on everyone.....did I stump you all?

(bump)

With the current version of the Citrix client, you have the option to select "Use Server Default" in the application set settings. If this box is checked it will force the client to use your server settings for colors.

Great....so I still have to touch every client? (or have each client change it themselves).........

Yes, that is correct. The client can override any settings they want. Have you thought about using the PN Agent?
