Okay, here's my problem. We're beta-testing the new Office 2007 (and yes, I do realize this may be a bug, but I thought I'd ask anyhow). In Outlook, when you right-click a calendar, it offers the option to "Publish to Internet". I always choose the "custom server" option, as we want to publish the calendar to our Intranet. However, it won't publish to the site. I get this error message ...
Failed to publish the calendar "My Calendar". There was a problem uploading the file to the server.
That's it - no idea why this happens, no assistance with troubleshooting, nothing. Since MS is being so gosh-darn helpful, does anyone else have a suggestion for why this is happening?
Incidentally, our intranet web address would look like this: which is what I'm entering in the "publish to" box. I've tried using the actual file location where we place our intranet files, but the program doesn't recognize it as a legitimate address - apparently you have to use an http.
Thanks!
