publish a website while Content Redirection is on

Windows 2000 SP4

I'm trying to publish a website as a published app using....

X:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe "

http://www.google.com"

We have Content Redirection turned on in our farm, so the second you try to launch the published app, the website will open in your local browser and the app will immediately close. Is it possible to turn Content Redirection off for a single app, or is there any other way around this?

fyi, I called Citrix on this problem and they don't know either, so I guess it can't be done.
