Public Folders not displayed in Outlook 2003.

I just recently noticed an issue with Public Folders and Outlook 2003.
I adjusted my rights to a few folders on our Exchange 2003 server, using System Manager.
These folders disappeared from my folders view in Outlook 2003, but I can see them using our Outlook Web Access. I haven't tried viewing from an Outlook 2000 client, but my guess is that I will be able to view the folders.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?

Which folders did you adjust the rights to? And are you logged into Outlook as a user with rights to the folders?

The folders are ones that are set-up to receive faxes from our fax server. I have owner rights on all the folders in question.
I'm starting to think there is an issue with my version of Outlook. I used our Citrix version of Outlook 2003, and the folders are visible. I'm going to look into this from that angle.

Do you have multiple Exchange servers? Is the public folder store separate from the mailbox store?

We have a three node Exchange cluster with two active Exchange virtual servers. There is a Public folder store set up in the first storage group of each of these virtual servers, along with other messages stores.
