Public Folders in Exchange 2003

I recently installed SBS2k3. I exported my old public folders to a PST file and imported them into the Exchange 2003 public folders. Only the user who imports them can see them. I cannot manage or see them in the ESM. I get the following error.

The Certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted
ID no: 80090325.

Any Ideas?

Export the old certificate, and import it into the local store on the new server.

Could you elaborate more on how to import and export the certificate?
