Public Folders and Off-Line Access

If I store Contacts in a public folders is it possible for laptop users to have off-line access to the contacts stored in it?

You have to add the public folder to you public folder favorites first. Just select the PF, then go to FILE->FOLDER->ADD TO PUBLIC FODLER FAVORITES. Once it's added, you can set the entry under public folder favorites to sync.

Make sure to choose the right options when adding the folder to your favorites, I think you have to click the "options" button in the dialog.
