What is the process for creating a public folder with an email address associated? I want to have a public folder that people can send mail to and a number of individuals check. Thanks in advance.
Something similar I have done for my organisation.
Create a new mail id, assign the permission to all the individuals whom you want to give the access to this mail, and add this new mailbox to their Outlook.
They can have two E-mails box's in their Outlook.
