We have some e-mail enabled public folder from which different users read the e-mails that are coming in.

Now all this different users answer these e-mails with the e-mail adress of the public folder. But they want copies of the e-mails that were send also in one location. Now they are saved in there own copies to self.

I allready thought of the idea of sending a CC to the public folder so they can move them to a different folder but the you can't easely search an e-mail and users find it to much trouble to move the e-mail. :-(

So here is my question.
Is it possible to make a copy to self when you send it as a public adress to a central location?

thanks

Is it possible to create a folder that shows e-mail in the same way as a copy to self folder.

What i mean is when you move an e-mail that is in your own copy to self to a public folder the view is different. It changes the sender and recipient.

Not sure that I understand what you are trying to achieve. Do you want to send it to yourself or not?

I'd do SEND AS for Sales or whichever public folder you have and either a server side rule to move the sent item to a public folder or have a look at for some of their products that will synchronise public and private folders.
