Public Folder contents disappear

Hello! Anyone who could shed light on why's content of my public folder disappears after some time, I cant find any article that says, Public folder has autoarchive feature, if so, how to disable it, I lost 2 months worth of my data saved in Public Folder..

Where do your Public folders reside on another server? is there a problem with replication my belief is there is no auto archive on public folders or is there a permission problem with the public folders and someone has deleted them? Njoy!

Hi There!

I only have one server, no replication, no age limit retention, permissions were set correctly for users, what I dont understand is deleted data from previous months and retained the current. Ive dong research too and could not find any auto archiving feature on public folder, I have no idea what happened.

You sure there is no mailbox assistant set up for retenion period I'm sorry but mail does'nt normally diappear without some sort of intervention. Njoy!
