All,
I have called Legato support on this and they say that it is a Microsoft issue and they won't fix it but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue:
When you backup a Public folder with a Contact list or Distribution list, the Contact folder or Distribution list folder will be backed up but any contacts or memberships of Distribution lists will not be backed up.
I have the latest version of NEM for Legato 7.2x (just got it yesterday)on a W2k3 server running Exchange 2003SP2 and now the nsrxchsv.log file has these types of errors:
6760] [W] 10/04/06 14:03:57 mbpfsv(1517): Cannot save Distribution List in Public Folder -- skipping.
[6760] [W] 10/04/06 14:03:57 mbpfsv(1136): Some item properties are unavailable. Item name: Lisa DL test-420422531.EML
[6760] [W] 10/04/06 14:03:57 mbpfsv(850): Warning in backing up folder: County/OBIS/System Admins/NT/Legato Backups/Lisa - Backup and Restore of PF Test/
The log doesn't say anything about Contacts but I have found that they are not getting backed up correctly either.
Does anyone know about these problems?
