PS/ALI suggestions

We are an 85 acre 15 building small private college. We are becoming E911 compliant (I hope).

Any recommendations on a PS/ALI vendor? Who is the best? Worst? Most cost effective? Is there a way to DIY?

We use Amsoft (who bought Xtend). Wasn't involved with the purchase. But had to open a couple helpdesk tickets, small info/config questions, and their support was outstanding. No complaints.
