I use a laptop for work and home, at work a proxy address is required for internet access, I use a little app called proxy pal which enables/diables proxy settings in internet explorer under the tool bar drop list. However I would like to take this further if possible, at home my address scheme is 192.168.0.x range, I was wondering if it was possible to have the proxy always enabled and then when I am on the my home network with an address in that range, it autodetects and turns off the proxy setting, very lazy i know but hey!!

Forgot a couple others:

Although, be careful with what you get from these last 2, especially... and from download.com (from ads), as they can sometimes lead you to some adware.
