Proxy At School +How do i Bypass?

Hello i go to a boarding school and it has a harsh proxy server...
It doesn't allow MSN, Music Downloaders, or Online Games (ie Star Wars Galaxies)
it also has Surf Control
Is there programmes or ways to get around this.

You will probably find that there is no way around this. If it has been setup correctly then remote proxy sites will also be blocked.

You will find this is why the proxy has been setup like this, to dissuade the use of sites like this in schools. If you do have a need and are staff have a word with the school admin/internet provider.
