Pros and Cons of SP1 ?

Hi Guys, any thoughts on whether it's a good idea to install sp1. Just got Exchange running recently and wondered if I need not bother or will I benefit.

Any problems I might encounter, etc

Just 1 site, 1 server, Exch 2003 Enterprise Ed.

Service Packs are developed to fix problems.
You use it or you don't, but, you should!
Generally, it is a BAD idea NOT to install it.
Plan some downtime though and BACKUP!
