Propogate does not always work

I have reports in a multi-schema environment that have several tables, in each of several sub reports. Needless to say, when I create a version for a new schema, I would like the propogation to work so I can set the database location once per report.

Sometimes, it does not work. Is there any way to check to see of the propogation works without opening each sub-report?

Crystal 8.5; Oracle 8.1.7.
