Hi

I have two tables that are linked (class and enrollment). My report will only print records that are in both tables.
For instance if I have a class and it does not have anyone enrolled it does not print just the class record. How can I get it to print the class information even if it does not find a linking enrollment record.

Thanks,
Anthony

Click on 'Link Options' in the
Visual Linking Expert and
use an Outer Join.

in your visual linking expert right click on the link between the tables and selct options then use the left or right outer join depending on which side you have the class table on. if it is on the left then use "left outer" etc.
