Proper Steps to Remove a DC?

What are the proper steps to remove a Domain Controller from a domain. We have already installed a new DC. The one in question has been renamed and now shut off for 2 days. I need to rebuild it. So what is the right way?

Looks like I found it, You bsically have to make sure all services are taken care of (role) Then run DCPROMO, this will start up the wizard.
