I am trying to make variants of one of my shapes, but its not quite working properly with the Legend shape.

For instance, on some shapes I copied and modified, the copied shape shows in the legend as the original shape.

An example of this is I started with my shape named "3BO". I copied the shape and modified the new shape label as "4BO". However when I add a 4BO shape to the legend in the drawing, it increments the 3BO legend item instead of creating a new "4BO" legend item and incrementing that line item.

Anyone know what I am missing in the change to the copy that is causing this behavior?

It has been awhile since I played with the legend shape, but if I remember correctly, the entry in the table is based on the master id. If you just copy a shape and modify it, it will have the same master id. Try copying the new shape to the stencil to create a new master id. Then drop the shape on the legend shape from the stencil.
