Morning,

I am prompted to change my password when accessing my OWA account. This is two problems for me.

1) The change password button in the OPTION box of OWA does not work. A webpage tries to open, then PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED is shown.

2) The NT account that this OWA is tied to, is setup to have passwords never expires.

Im not sure if setting the NT account to Password never expires, gets relayed to the Exchange account (I thought it did).

Currently I click OK on the prompt (when accessing OWA), and I can function just fine (day after day)

Its just getting annoying.

Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks

JT

Right, if you get the error "Your current password is about to expire in 0 days" but as you say you have non-expiring passwords (naughty!!!!) then this will be "fixed" by install service pack however......

For me that didn't work so I used the following edit Constant.inc file, located in the Exchsrvr\WebData\language folder. In the line that reads "fEnablePasswordMenu = true," change "true" to "false" to disable the error message

If this doesn't fix it there like 10 other ways to do it discribed on microsoft support site.

Hope this helps

Iain
