Prompt winnt 2140 internal error while starting arcserve DB engine

Jason, This is what you need to do.
Go to Explorer.
Go to ARCserve Folder.
Right Click and Select "Sharing" The ARCserve Properties windows appear. share name(ARCserve$)
Click on Permission button. Make sure permission has been granted correctly to
Administrator - Full Control
Backup operatators - change
Everyone - Read

I have the same problem with ArcServe 6.5 on Windows NT 4.0.
When trying to turn on database engine, error occurs:
error code is 2140. Internal Windows Error.
Any solution?
