Prompt Missing?

Good Morning and Happy Thankgiving!
My recorded Thanksgiving message is working but the message starts out with "prompt missing' then my recorded message.
By 'prompt missing' I believe it means Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening, but how do I activate the prompt.
Any help?

go into Autoattendant / select menu that is deactive and press active
