Project with Some Part

Hi,

I want to build a project with some part.
The logic maybe like this :
First I create a Main Part that will carry all Sub Part.
Next, if I have a Part (say Transaction) I just need to create this part. After that I just need to registed that part to Main Part. So I can be access that transaction part from Main Part.
And if next time I need another part. I just created and registered to the Main Part.

How Can I transalate This logic to Program.
Someone Please help me...
