What project management software do you use to keep track of delivery dates, milestones, or anything related to project you work on?

One well known is Microsoft Project. You can have it running standalone or integrated with other products. Microsoft Project will be integrated directly in VS.NET 2005.
If you want something more complex, there is Borland Together.

We've always just used a spreadsheet. But recently we've started using MS-Project.
