I just recently reformatted my computer and reinstalled windows 2000 professional. However now, whenever i shut down my computer certain programs wont end. The most frequent being Explorer.exe. And now when i install certain programs, for instance the game Diablo 2, on the next bootup the program will no longer work. Any ideas?
