I have a potential customer that has a Merlin, they do not know the model or type.
1) I need to know how to find that....
2) I need to know how to move and program DID's on phones...
Can some one help?

Have the customer go to any phone - press an intercom buttom and dial *05. The Processor software release and version will show on the display.

As for the DID question - are they analog DID's or DID's comming in on a T1/PRI?
