Programming Overide numbers CS1000

Hello,

Is it possible to program an overide number on a CS1000?

Example.
I have an extension that is restricted in CLS by CTD using NCOS
set to internal calls only. I would like the extension to be able to call maybe 5 numbers. Other than a system speed dial, what are the other options?

Programmed a hot key, dosent bypass the restriction.

You could create phantom DN's to dial external numbers which should override the restriction....but then again, that's similar to using system speed dial numbers; but it's better than using authorization codes to override restrictions...that's too much management to deal with for this.
