Programming keys on a 4610 phone

hi all, i have a 4610SW IP set that i'm trying to program and i don't know how to change the softkeys, i.e., the buttons below the display.

there are 4 buttons below the display and from left to right, i show "SpDial" for the first one, then "Log" for the second key.

the next 2 keys are blank. how do i fix this and is it simple?

i don't know of any way to change them. they change depending on what screen the phone is on.

They are fixed buttons and can't be changed
