I just had a signaling Server and Media Card installed. No here's my dilema... When programming an i2050 softphone in the Option 11, LD 11, TYPE i2050; it asks for a TN? Where is that at? It's not like a terminal block where we punch down jumpers... and on the software itself it wants an IP address for that phone.. How do you get the TN and IP address to match up? I'm not sure how that communication is taking place..

Thanks :)
Carolyn

The TN its looking for is a VIRTUAL TN. Go to LD97 and build yourself some VIRTUAL LOOPS. Note: VIRTUAL not PHANTOM.

When you connect the phone to the systems node IP (configure this in the control panel) you must define on the phone wich node id you want to connect to and a password if that's requeired by the node. Then you'll be able to insert the TN it shall connect to. That TN have to be a virtual TN as yyrkroon stated.
