Hi. I am an IT guy, with zip phone experience. I have a Meridian m2616 at our front desk that lost its programming and I am attempting to reprogram it.
We have an Option 11 switch, and I use OTM to get into the switch.
I am trying to program keys 0-1-2 and 3 so that when a call comes in on extension 500, it can ring in and be answered on any of those four keys, but I have
no idea how to do this. I set each key as 500, but when I set to single call ringing, they all lite up when 500 is called. When I try to set them to multi call ringing
I get an error message.

Any and all help is appreciated here. Thanks in advance.

Ken

You will have to remove all the SCR keys before you can make them MCR

Or you could number them all differently (500, 501, 502 and 503) then set LHK to 3. If the first line is busy the second call will go to next key and so on. Either way will work.

From ld 11 you could nul key 0 key 1 key 2 key 3 - then MCR key 0 500, key 1 501, key 2 502, etc......be sure to have hunting set up. it should go then
