Thanks in advance for your help. I am trying to install a used CICS, and I got all the jacks working, but first I can't get the lines to automatically pick up an outside line when the reciever is picked up, I have set it for line pool A, and to ring and appear,but it seems like it won't hold the programming. Also, the CID won't appear unless I do *811 or pick up the receiver and hit the button of the line that is ringing.I went into telco features, but there isn't a CID setting.I have version 30CTE06 NAT, and system id 24400407.I am using 6.1 software, and I do have a caller idcard, and caller id fromthe telco.Thanks for any help.Gary

If you put all your active lines in Pool A, then set the Prime line for each extension to Pool A.
For Caller ID, lines must Appear & ring at the extension. Look under Terminals & Sets - Capabilities - Telco Features - Feature Assignment. Set Caller ID to Y for each line on the extension.
