Got an Octel 200 that's currently using 7405D type integration and the customer upgraded their switch to CM 2.0 and the 7405D type sets do not work quite right.

I don't think this is a supported type set with CM and wanted to see if anyone here had something to add or could provide some documentation as to why this may not work.

Thanks!!

Isn't what you want is a 7405ND? You just have to turn that on in the system features. If that's all it was, once you set "7405ND?" to "y" on the system features, it should be fine.

Yeah, that's all done. The ND feature is so that you don't have to put the extension number in the name field. But what happens is the Octel 300 tries to use the ninth call appearance to answer the call and it's almost as if it's not programmed...it doesn't happen all the time but enough to be noticed.

One of the other things we found was when you display the set status it says, "programmed type 7405D, connected type 7310" or something like that.
