Programmatically recertify user id's

Hello, im new to Lotus Notes and Lotus Script but can anyone tell me a website or show me code that I can use to create an agent that will look for when users ID files expire and automatically recertify them?

That is an Admin issue, but there is the NotesRegistration class that has the methods and properties that you require.
I'd guess you can find code that will help you in the Sandbox - you'll find that on IBM's site in the Lotus support section.
