I am assuming that you are using a Call PIlot 100/150?? Then what you need to do is log into the Call Pilot Manager. Find mailbox 100 (or 10 or 1000 depending on your DN length) it should already be labeled General Delivery Mailbox. Set the Ext to whatever extension the MWI will be on. Then all you need to do is log into the mailbox and use the default password to initialize it. Then how calls get to it will depend on your call routing situation.
