Program error - install & removal

Hi,

Every time i install or remove programs the process is halted by the "program error" dialog and i cannot proceed further.

when i went to remove Nero its said "knlwrap.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created"

So i currently am unable to add or remove anthing porgrams on my system

has anybody know anything about this situation

have you done a spyware and virus check yet?

yes, ive done a virus check with trendmicro (online one) and with norton. I have also used adware 6 and BPS spyware remover
