program a speed key to a flex button on a 8040e set

Is it possible to program speed button to a flex key on a 8040e set? This is for a hotel and I have programmed a room check-in key but I need to access the speed key. Unless I'm doing it wrong and there is a simpler method. This is the front desk phone on a LIK100.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

If you pcadmin you can select sta speed or sys speed as a key option.

I'm am trying to find out how I can program 'check-in' and check-out' buttons on a 8040E set for a LIK100 hotel version.
So far nothing is working that I have tried.

No worries ... I found the answer to my problems. When you bring up the user interface before logging onto the LIK the info is under 'User's Guide'.
I never thought to check there.
