Hello!

I have one user that has 2 exchange mail boxes. I created 2 profiles in Outlook to keep them seperate. Outlook always asks for a username and password for both profiles. This is making the user crazy. Is there anyway to make the profiles remember the username and password? I click the rember password box and that does not work.

Thanks!

Why do it that way? Why not add the second mailbox to the primary Outlook profile and just grant the proper privledges for the Send From, etc options?

It sounds as if the proper permissions have already been set. All you have to do is go to Tools, Email Accounts, modify the primary email account and add a second mailbox to open. Then train the user on how to use the From option when sending email.

Thanks for the reply!

It did not work the way I needed it to, but by setting the permissions on the mail box through AD on the Exchange server I no longer get the prompt for a password now.

So your advice helped, although not in the way you intended.

Thanks
