Not sure what you mean exactly, does Task Manager cover what you want?
"The notification area of the taskbar is where you usually see the current time displayed. Windows displays a notification icon when an event occurs. After a short time, Windows puts the icon in the background to simplify that area. The above will provide you with a searchable list of processes and whether they are genuine or malware etc.
