procedure to remove the redirected folder of a user 1

Hi,

I've installed a win2k3 DC with a couple of users and applied a GPO with folder redirection to the OU with users.
problem 1: I don't have admin acces to the folders of the users and/or every individual user must give me access to there folders. (it's not a major problem but it's a bit annoying).
problem 2: leftovers from a user that's deleted from the OU but the redirected folders are there and I (admin) can't delete them. How to delete redirected user folders???
