We currently have an exchange organization that spans 4 sites. From our MI site, users can view all Schedule+ Free\Busy data for all of the staff in MI with no problems. From other sites we can view the free\busy data for all MI users up until Saturday May 1st. After that point there are 14 users (out of approximately 70) that are showing as "No Information Available". All other users display their data fine after May 1st.
To rule out replication issues, we removed all public folder replicas for the specific Schedule+ for the MI site (to ensure the same data was being pulled from MI to other sites directly).
This is a very strange problem, as all MI users locally can view the data just fine - the problem only occurs when pulling across sites. I've tried updating one of the affected 14 users' client free/busy data through the "outlook /cleanfreebusy" command just in case there was some corruption, but had no luck. I've also confirmed that the client settings are set to update every 5 min for the following 3 months of data.
Servers are running Windows Server 2000, SP4, with Exchange 2000 SP3.
Anyone have any ideas why the data would stop reporting as of May 1st for these affected users?
