Problems with Printing

I'm having problems with network printing. Is there away without installing the printer locally, then Citrix picking it up. Instead make Citrix install the printer?

Yes, I've had a look on the web and found that if the Citrix DataStore and the client have different printer drivers, this can cause problems.

I've been given the task of looking after our Citrix servers and no idea how to administer them or anything. Massive learning curve.

Also if some could help with letters not keeping up with typing. I've put speed screen on the client and this dosn't help. If it helps, the users are on a Wan.
