I am having some problems with a personal co line. It is configured on 2 telephones but the line never rings. There is visual indication but you never hear the ring.
I have used them before - the only thing I can think of is to change the Bridged Call Alerting on the extensions that have the Per COline button to yes.
Check the station forms of the 2 extensions that have the per-COline Grp x button assigned.
On page 2 there is an option: Bridged Call Alerting. Change this from a "n" to a "y" if it's not already.
That's the only option I can think of when setting up a personal CO line.
