Problems with OWA. Please help!

Hi,

I've been running Exchange 5.5 SP1 on a Windows NT box for some time now. We started using OWA and had no problems, however we recently added a large number of users and suddenly the following errors have occurred.

Sometimes the users received the following error:

Error 'ASP 0115'
Unexpected error
/exchange/login.asp
A trappable error occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

I tried upgrading to SP4 for Exchange 5.5 to address this, but the errors still continues.

Also there are times when the OWA page fails to load or the page load, but when the user enters his username, nothing happens. The mailbox does not open, but the page sits there trying to load. The only thing that resolves the problem is to stop and restart the

http://WWW services.

This is becoming tedious, as the problem is occurring all throughout the day. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What are the specs of the server running Exchange 5.5 and OWA?
How many users do you have on the server and do you have a rough idea how many try to connect through OWA simultaneously at peak hours?

Try to clear the browser cache and make sure the OWA server has plenty of network speed.
