I installed NAV 2003 on a Windows XP Pro workstation and since I did this yesterday the computer now creeps as it boots and runs programs. I have looked everywhere for a answer and no solution, next step i know to do is to remove it.

What you really need to try first is manually doing live update (you may need to run this more than once) and become current on all patches to the product.
