Problems with Information store & Dr. Watson

Hi,

I am using Exchange server 5.5 (sp4) on NT4 server. For a couple of days now I realized the office is unable to send or recieve mail (using Outlook Express). I checked with the services and noticed that information store and internet services are not started. I started information store. I tried to start internet mail service. Then the problems begin. Dr. Watson pops up with an access violation error.

What can I do to get my exchanger server running properly?

i am using OUTLOOK 2000 and it is great
not sure that you can use outlook express
